Reinet Investments Manager S.A., acting on behalf of Reinet Investments S.C.A. (the ‘Company’), is pleased to announce that the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2016 is available for download from the Company’s website - www.reinet.com.

Copies of the report will be mailed on 22 July 2016 to all registered holders of depository receipts issued by Reinet Securities SA in respect of the Company’s shares and to other parties who have requested a copy. The annual report reflects the information which was released in the Company’s annual results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2016, which was issued on 25 May 2016.
